What makes Gary Katt Builder, Inc. special? Just ask our clients.

He was extremely easy to work with and very conscientiously built a quality home for me. As the building process proceeded he would anticipate decisions that had to be made and warned me of them." A.J.Meyer   View the Meyer project >> "We recently hired Gary Katt Builder, Inc. to build our dream home. Our experience with him and his super team of workers was excellent. Gary is a great communicator, a calming trouble shooter, and above all patient. He kept us aware of the work schedule and the decisions that we needed to make, and he was always accessible to us via phone or e-mail. He has high standards and hires truly competent people as subcontractors who will back up their work." Jan and Peter Johnson  View the Johnson project >> "Gary built my home in 2004 and I am as happy with the house today as the day we moved in. When we hear that someone is going to build a home, I always tell them about Gary" Kathy Bailey   View the Bailey project >> "The reason why we keep using your company is because of your quality workmanship." Energy efficiency built right in :

At the core of Gary’s energy efficient houses are insulated concrete forms. These one-foot high polystyrene blocks, filled with concrete, and replace conventional masonry blocks in basements as well as the wood frame of the rest of the house. They snap together stack on top of each other, and are held together with vertical and horizontal steel rods, before being poured full of concrete. The result is solid, concrete walls with two inches of foam insulation on both the inside and outside.
